Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the returns form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
